Steven Hallam works as the MEL Manager for the Education Programme at Theatre for a Change. In the past he has worked on crime prevention programmes in London. In the past he was an English teacher in South Korea. He has a MSc Policy Economics and a BSc International Management. His passion lies in finding innovative ways to increase the monitoring of projects to better understand how to improve the life chances of those most vulnerable.
