The annual ICT4D Conferences have proven to be an invaluable opportunity for NGOs, private sector organizations, universities, governmental agencies and foundations to share their experience in using ICT to increase the impact of development programs and to learn from each other.  In 2016, 715 individuals from 76 countries and 301 private sector and public sector and civil society explored the ways to harness the full power of digital solutions to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.  Our thanks to Accenture, Catholic Relief Services, Esri, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, iMerit Technology Services, Inmarsat, IS Solutions, Making All Voices Count, Mercy Corps, Microsoft, NetHope, Oxfam, Pandexio, Qualcom Wireless Reach, RTI International, SimbaNet and World Vision for making that possible.

Patrick Jaramogi has a degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations, a Masters in International Relations and holds a Diploma in Education Management and various certificates in Investigative Reporting, among others. He has worked as a reporter in Uganda's Leading Independent The Daily Monitor, Uganda's Leading Daily and the state owned New Vision. He also reported for the East African Business Week, a regional business newspaper.He has edited various local and regional magazines.
Jaramogi has conducted various researches for leading regional and international NGOs such as Oxfam, Actionaid International Uganda, Plan International Red Cross, and World Vision International among others. He has contributed for foreign press such as Spanish online newspapers (The Canary News). Currently he works as an Editor with The Investigator (www.theinvestigatornews.com) Uganda's leading investigative Online newspaper.
