Previously OR worked for Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in role of Chief Solution Architect for 15 years implementing wide range of solution for back-office and ICT4D area. In this role of Chief Solution Architect, he was served as Lead Solution Architect for major ICT4D initiatives, designed and implemented of CRS’ enterprise MEAL ICT platform, Sierra Leone National Malaria Survey covering 6,720 households throughout the country and architected solution to support Seed Fair type of activities that allowed Catholic Relief Services to achieve 80% saving in labor in comparison of using paper for this type activities.

OR has over 17 years of Information Technology experience. He is versatile in many technology platforms and been highly recognized within the humanitarian relief and development sector on use of innovating solutions to meet business needs.
