Lindsay Caldwell

Lindsay Caldwell is an operations management specialist, with previous experience leading operations as Program Manager for One Acre Fund and COO of Yum Deliveries. During her time at One Acre Fund, she helped to achieve one hundred percent repayment on a multi-million dollar loan portfolio and managed the day-to-day operations of a highly motivated field team focused on expanding One Acre Fund's reach in Kenya. In addition to her roles with One Acre Fund and Yum, Lindsay also worked as the Head of Data and Admissions for Spire Education. She has extensive experience in data analytics, systems development, customer service and logistics. Lindsay firmly believes in the power of PAYG and its ability to revolutionize technological access for all. She holds a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters in African Studies from Stanford University.
