John Ndega, MSc Health Informatics, BSc Comp Eng & IT; is currently the Deputy SI Advisor for the Palladium Group, formerly known as Futures Group. He has been a full-time employee of Futures Group since 2007, holding Technical and Management positions on AIDSRelief/LEAD projects over the past 8 years. He's specialties include Program design and Management and has experienced and knowledgeable of working in Health Management Information Systems, Electronic System reporting, Data analysis and interpretation and general monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS program Mr. John primary responsibilities include coordinating and providing supports to staff working on strategic information including software development, systems analysis, Trainings and Data management including key HMIS improvement, deployment and routine reporting. In his work of supervision, Mr. John supported software development team in developing Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) reporting tools (IQSMS and IQTools) to facilitate accurate data and timely reporting to support National AIDS Control Program (NACP). During his 8 years working with AIDSRelief/LEAD projects Mr. John has been a focal Person in CDC donors Online PEPFAR reporting System (PROMIS) and Tanzania MOHSW - DHIS2 system reporting submissions
