Herman uit de Bosch is founder and Managing Director of FairMatch Support. He has many years of experience in developing sustainable supply chains and matching companies with (small) producers. He was closely involved in sector wide initiatives like 3S, FSC, BCI, FLO and was co-founder of the co-created brand SUMM. FairMatch Support started in 2007 and currently operates in 13 countries and a range of products. Nuts however is still a major part of their portfolio and they have been involved in the ACi since the start. FairMatch Support operates with about 35 companies worldwide, like Intersnack, AHOLD, Kraft, OLAM, OLVEA, TDG, and even more farmers groups.
