The annual ICT4D Conferences have proven to be an invaluable opportunity for NGOs, private sector organizations, universities, governmental agencies and foundations to share their experience in using ICT to increase the impact of development programs and to learn from each other.  In 2016, 715 individuals from 76 countries and 301 private sector and public sector and civil society explored the ways to harness the full power of digital solutions to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.  Our thanks to Accenture, Catholic Relief Services, Esri, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, iMerit Technology Services, Inmarsat, IS Solutions, Making All Voices Count, Mercy Corps, Microsoft, NetHope, Oxfam, Pandexio, Qualcom Wireless Reach, RTI International, SimbaNet and World Vision for making that possible.

International Procurement Agency - USA IPA
The USA IPA exhibit will display our capabilities in planning and implementing ICT solutions for organizations worldwide. Our 6-step approach to supply chain management enables us to offer comprehensive proposals that meet the needs of various programs. During the planning phase we consider the unique requirements of each project, from imaging and configuration to distribution at each field office. We then offer creative solutions that maximize available budget while maintaining established deadlines. Throughout the project life cycle we adopt administrative tasks, allowing our clients to focus on mission-critical issues. As equipment for each consignment is delivered to IPA, our on-site consolidation warehouse utilizes a detailed inventory system for receiving, completes equipment inspections, and packages goods in accordance with our high standards for quality control. Prior to the rollout to global field offices, we determine efficient and economic routes of transit to the end destination and provide necessary documentation for each shipment (customs, import certifications, etc.); customs clearance and delivery to door is arranged upon request. After delivery, we maintain long-term project goals by supporting manufacturer warranty coverage and assisting with repairs. Our IPA Back-to-Base warranty facilitates the return and repair of faulty IT equipment at no additional cost to our clients. From simple supply to turn-key solutions, our goal is to serve the needs of the development community with the highest level of customer care.
